Building Whitehat AdSense Sites That Makemoney On Auto Pilot

Back in September last year I managed to get hold of a new Automated AdSense site script that simply uses Private Label Articles to build sites.

When I say it uses PLR articles, that’s because that’s how I use it, you could equally use it with original articles if you have them, but using PLR is a real simple way of throwing hundreds or thousands of article in to the script for it to automatically build out the sites over a month or two all on auto pilot.

If you keep track of current SEO theories you’re probably thinking that using PLR articles won’t work too well, if at all, because of Google’s duplicate content filter, I admit that I thought the same, but I know the guy who developed the script, he’s an honest straight up kinda guy, and he told me that it does in fact work.

He’s obviously been using his script himself for some time and has had some pretty amazing results by just using PLR articles.

So I took the plunge, grabbed a copy of the script and threw up half a dozen test sites at the end of September 2007.

I say I “threw” the test sites up, but you may be wondering just how easy it was to do…

well, I’m no expert on php script installation, I do know how to use FTP (file Transfer Protocol) software and change file permissions though, and that’s all the technical knowledge you need to get thee scripts up and running, it’s all covered in the installation tutorial.

If you’re not familiar with using FTP software and changing file permissions then there’s a quick video here Internet Marketing Videos (www.mat4.com/videos/) that shows just how simple this is, you really don’t need to be a techie.

There’s also a link on the same page as the video for some popular free ftp software to use, it’s the same software used for the tutorial video, which is pretty helpful.

It took me around an hour to upload, setup and configure all 6 sites, including putting in my adsense code and makings some simple changes to the templates.

It then took me about another hour to put together, upload and “categorize” enough PLR articles to keep the sites running on auto pilot, adding new articles automatically, for 6 to 8 weeks.

I happened to have a pile of PLR articles sitting on my hard disk unused, if you don’t then you can find some great PLR membership sites on one of the resource links at the bottom of this post.

Once the articles are uploaded the script can automatically categorize the articles in to relevant categories for you, and it only takes a few moments to run, after that you just leave the site to get on with the rest itself, hands free.

My test sites ran out of new articles to post after about 6-8 weeks and I didn’t get around to adding any new ones until earlier this week, so they didn’t have any new content being posted to them for over 2 months, and yet the AdSense earnings from these sites continued to go up over this period!

I need to mention that the domains I used for these sites were already indexed in google, as I had previously used them for some joomla sites, but the joomla sites had been taken off a couple of months earlier, due to problems with the host I had them on, and had been “parked” on a domain parking service since then.

These domains also had a few backlinks already pointing to them from other sites, as I had submitted the original sites to some web directories about 9 months before, but since then I’ve not added any more links to these sites.

So after installing the AdSense Auto script, I basically did absolutely nothing to promote these sites, in fact I basically forgot about them for a couple of months until I got around to checking the AdSense account they are using, and got a pleasant surprise.

So on to the important bit, after spending under 3 hours to get the 6 test sites set up and no new promotion or backlink efforts spent on them, what have they actually earnt..?

Sites set up on Sept 18th

AdSense Earnings:

Oct ‘07 = $30.01

Nov ‘07 = $100.97

Dec ‘07 = $124.86

1st to 20th of Jan ‘08 = $96.34,

which means the total for Jan should be close to $150

this gives a total of over $400 and building for under 3 hours of work..

all 6 of the sites are showing almost every single page indexed in Google.
